その名の通り
さむーい夜となりましたね
ところでみなさんは
冷え対策は何か行っていますか
私は
密かに腹巻きをしています
あと
密かに筋トレもしています
筋肉をつけることも
冷え対策になりますよ
筋トレは苦手だなという方も
何か１つだけでも
始めてみませんか
使い方はいつでもスタッフまで
