みなさんこんばんは
この前
雪が少しだけ積もっていましたね
まだ寒い日が続くようなので
外に出るときは
暖かい格好をしてお出かけしましょう
スイミングスクールでは
進級テスト中ですね
まだテストが終わってない子は
これからがんばってね
大人の方も
たくさんの方が
プールを利用しに来られていますが
プールの前・後には簡単でもいいので
ストレッチをしましょう
ケガの防止や
体の動きがスムーズになったり
背筋が伸びたりしてオススメです
